On May 30th & 31st, participants visited fields in Southwestern Colorado and Southeastern Utah with current cover crop trials. Approximately 25 people attended the field tours, and learned about the mixes, planting methods, and uses of cover crops. We would like to thank Steve Barry, Joe and Tim Lanier, and Blaine Nebeker for allowing the tour to visit their farms and interact with the tour attendees. If you would like more information about the cover crop trials or mixes, please contact the Southwestern Colorado Research Center.
